Mike was able to find and fix the problem within a few short minutes. We had a "big name" HVAC company out 3 years ago when, after one of their techs was at our house to fix something else, our central air stopped working. They told us our York unit was "too old" and needed replacing, which would have cost us thousands. We decided against replacement and waited it out, despite hot summers and portable air conditioning units. Then, I asked on Facebook if anyone could recommend a local HVAC company because I really needed to get the central air fixed — we have 3 kids and I have an autoimmune disease and my body can't tolerate heat. She immediately responded to my questions and felt confident after explaining what my situation was. She told me she had availability on the same day to come out. Mike showed up on time.
