The Person Behind the Brand

Meet Mike — 20 Years of Doing HVAC the Right Way

The owner shows up. Every time.

Mike's Story

Why Mike Started Mom & Pop

Mike was sick of working for big name companies that sent sales reps or service techs in to sell people on things they don't need. He saw the price tags and said "I could have fixed this boiler they just replaced" or "I could have installed this at half the price and still had a good profit for the day."

He wanted to give his family a more comfortable life while giving customers the same quality they'd get — or better — at the big companies, at less than half the cost.

Now, when you call Mom & Pop HVAC, Mike shows up personally. He diagnoses honestly, fixes it right the first time, and charges just above material cost. No salesmen. No unskilled service techs. No corporate upselling.

Real Stories

Why Customers Keep Calling Back

These aren't marketing stories. They're real things that happened to real homeowners.

The Veteran Who Was Told He Needed Everything Replaced

After a larger company scared a homeowner on social security — a veteran — telling him he needed his whole system replaced, Mike went out, fixed a small leak, and believes the system will last 5+ years.

Small leak fixed. System still running. Cost: $0.

The Bedrooms That "Couldn't Be Fixed"

A homeowner had no airflow into 2 of his bedrooms. The bigger company said it couldn't be fixed. Mike fixed it extremely reasonably, 2 days later.

Airflow restored to both bedrooms.

The Refrigerant Lie

A client asked Mike to give him 10 lbs of gas because that's what he paid for each season from other companies. Mike told him he was likely being lied to, only filled 3 lbs, and sealed the leak.

Leak sealed. Honest fill. No more overpaying.
